The deposits will be held in a non interest bearing escrow and applied toward the purchase price at closing. Closing must take place on or before 45 days from auction date. A 10% buyer's premium will be added to the final bid, and will become a part of the purchase price. Property sold in as-is condition, and is not contingent upon buyer's financing, condition of property, appraisal, inspection, etc. Pre-approved (no later than 5 pm on 4/19/18) broker participation is compensated.
